Seating begins one and a half hours before curtain. Meals are served buffet style and are catered by award winning Renaissance Chef Catering Co. Non-alcoholic drinks are included; beer and wine may be purchased at the bar and brought in to the dining area.

  • Cilantro Lime Flank Steak – marinated flank steak, grilled and sliced, served with cilantro-lime drizzle
